Bethlehem, pa Serfass Construction Company has completed the Sands Casino's latest gaming experience. The all new poker room replaces a previous restaurant and kitchen space. Later a 30-table poker room was built off of the main floor. Table games began operation on July 18, 2010. citation needed The sportsbook at Wind Creek Bethlehem, which is operated by Betfred and opened on November 18, 2020, has 79 TV screens, 13 self-serve sports betting kiosks, and 8 teller windows.
I've been going to sands for about 3 years or so. In the past you'd have to wait for hours to get a table, they recently expanded to 36 tables which has reduced the wait time during busy nights.
Pros:
Wait times are usually acceptable
Bad beat jackpot
Drink girls usually come frequently
Recently they started with massage girls
Dealers are quick
Cons:
Room is in the middle of the casino floor, it's wide open and on the weekend very noisy.
Room is non smoking but the rest of the casino is smoking, so clothes always smell
All tables have half moon legs on both sides, the only comfy position for tall guys like me are seats 5 and 6.
Bathrooms are far away
Recently a batch of new dealers were hired who are pretty green.
70c per hour in comps, pretty bad
Overall the room is good but not great, it doesn't compare well to the borgata which I consider the best in nj. However it's the only room in a huge radius so I'm happy it's there until something better comes along.

The nine-table poker room is located a bit off the beaten path (on the third floor of the casino) and caters mainly to low-stakes locals and visitors. The casino doesn’t run daily tournaments on the regular, nor does it offer any special promotions beyond some jackpot-type promotions.

Sands Bethlehem is theking of poker in the northeast region of the state and one of the larger poker rooms in any region.
The poker room is centrally located in the casino and boasts 30 cash-game tables. The tournament schedule is bit sparse considering the size of the room, as on average you’ll only find five daily tournaments throughout the week.
Sands offers a nice assortment of promotions, including a bad-beat jackpot and high hand bonuses at select times, but the big draw at its poker room are the amenities. From the complimentary beverages to massage services, Sands offers a lot of the luxuries one would only expect to find in a Las Vegas Strip casino.
